Contract signed for the largest project in the history of Krapinske Toplice
Today, the works contract for the “Toplice kulture” project, the largest project in the history of the Municipality of Krapinske Toplice, was formally signed in the cinema hall of the Cultural Center. This significant step forward is being implemented by the Municipality of Krapinske Toplice, with the project co-financed by European Union funds through the Public Cultural Infrastructure Renewal program. Works are scheduled to begin in early December, with completion planned for early 2027. while the final outfitting will be completed by August 2027.

As Executive Director Dean Perko emphasized, this is a technically demanding reconstruction, but it is precisely an area in which DOMinvest possesses strong expertise.

The Mayor of Zagreb, Tomislav Tomašević, visited the ongoing construction of the new Zagreb Health Center – Odra.

DOMinvest is currently executing the works on the new building, which will replace the outdated facility and provide a more modern, functional, and energy-efficient space for delivering healthcare services to citizens. The project includes the reconstruction and construction of a building with a total area of nearly 800 m², with a total investment value of €2.72 million.

The works are fully funded by the City of Zagreb’s budget, and project completion is scheduled for summer next year.
